This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of defendants/appellees, Pennzoil Company ("Pennzoil") and Southland Oil Company ("Southland") on claims filed by plaintiff/appellants, Young Refining Corporation ("Young Refining") and Bass Pecan Company ("Bass Pecan"), which stemmed from the alleged breach of a long-term oil supply contract.
